This game is great. Not far off the PS2 counterpart at all. It seems to have it all in there, the generals, the four bodyguards, the horses, masses of men attacking you at once, the special moves and upgrades....the lot.
Obviously if you have no patience, want to follow a story line or understand how to upgraade you character etc.... DO NOT BUY THIS GAME IN JAPANESE for obvious reasons. As practically the lot is in japanese, you get 'press start' at the start but thats really about it wait for the US release. I only got this one as it is a nice japanese premium box set, and thought it would be a challange playing through with japanese writing
The pics on the in game menu's etc do not do this title any justice, I'll have a go at some decent screenshots (in game) tomorrow as this game does look as good as the PS2 version. And just as fast, though getting used to the thumb stick is gonna take some time for me, might just change it to d-pad
Other than that, this version has slowish loading times when you first start it up, between levels etc....
The levels seem pretty big, but there is a break up
The best translation guide for the menu's is gonna be on the next post after the pics.
